Warranty support is intended to cover manufacturing defects in RehabMart supplied or manufactured products, subject to review.
Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only, as reviewed by RehabMart. Coverage may vary by product type, material, configuration, supplier item, or custom-made solution.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty does not cover misuse, rough handling, wrong measurements provided by the customer, normal wear and tear, installation mistakes, environmental damage, accidental damage, unauthorized repair, or product suitability issues where assessment was declined or incomplete.
Assessment and Suitability
Product suitability depends on evaluation, user condition, environment, caregiver support, measurements, and safe fitting. Website guidance is informational and not a medical diagnosis.
Custom Products
Custom-made products may require final fitting and adjustment. Minor fitting changes may be recommended after review, especially for seating, mobility, transfer, home safety, or bathroom safety setups.
Claim Review
Customers may be asked to share photos, videos, order details, and usage information through WhatsApp or another agreed channel so RehabMart can review the issue.
Repair or Replacement
If a valid manufacturing defect is confirmed, RehabMart may offer repair, adjustment, replacement of the affected part, or another appropriate solution depending on the case.
