Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, advances, and custom-made orders are handled for RehabMart solutions.
Assessment-Guided Orders
RehabMart provides assessment-guided assistive technology and accessibility solutions. Product suitability depends on evaluation, measurements, environment, condition, caregiver support, and final fitting.
Advance and Deposit Payments
Advance or deposit payments may be used to begin procurement, material purchase, customization, manufacturing, scheduling, or preparation. Once this work begins, cancellation may not be fully refundable.
Custom-Made Products
Custom-made products may not be refundable once manufacturing starts. This includes configured seating, mobility supports, transfer setups, home safety installations, bathroom safety modifications, and other made-to-measure solutions.
Cancellation Before Work Starts
If cancellation is requested before procurement or manufacturing begins, RehabMart may review the request and advise whether any refund is possible after deducting review, coordination, or processing costs where applicable.
Wrong Measurements or Incomplete Information
Refunds may not apply where the issue is caused by wrong measurements provided by the customer, incomplete case information, declined assessment, changed requirements after production starts, or use outside the intended purpose.
Fitting and Adjustment
Final fitting and adjustment may be required. A need for adjustment does not automatically mean the product is defective or refundable.
